This company is the real deal. Professional courteous staff who take their jobs seriously and do it with pride. I had a sagging ceiling in my home, Mick came out to survey the issue and provided a quote within two days. The work was scheduled two months in advance (they were fully booked) and I was given what to expect. I had Nikki, Karl and another bloke complete the actual work. They explained what they were doing, were approachable and CLEANED UP after they had completed the work. I was very impressed with their level of workmanship. The next day a painter completed the paint works (also names Karl). All in all everything took two half days and I couldn't be happier with their work. This was the best tradie experience I have had since becoming a homeowner and I highly recommend these guys if you want things done properly and professionally.

They fixed my sagging alfresco properly for a reasonable cost without having to replace the entire ceiling which was what another business quoted for.

I had Tony Fawkes from PC Repair Specialists come out to take a look at my sagging ceiling yesterday. He was very honest and genuine with his assessment of my ceiling. It turned out that I didn't need it fully replaced which was what I originally thought, so he saved me from spending thousands on a complete replacement! He instead recommended a re-strapping and I am now awaiting the quote. Looking forward to working with this company; first impressions are everything. Tony was very helpful and gave me peace of mind, and more importantly, my dogs absolutely loved him!

Tony attended to quote the job a day after I enquired, Amelia sent through the quote via email within hours of Tony's visit, and the quote included one hour windows for each worker's attendance. Luis and Nikki arrived at precisely the time indicated on the quote (truly a thing of wonder!) and Kyle rang a day in advance to advise that he would be 3 hours later than advised on the quote and to check if that was okay.
