In 2020 Perth ceiling repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging ceiling in Victoria Park.
The ceiling was Plaster glass and was sagging due to strap failure related to the age of the ceilings.

The ceiling was propped up to joists and new fibreglass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity. The ceiling cracks were then flushed and sanded ready for paint.
