In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to replace a ceiling in Coolongup.

The existing ceiling was plaster glass and was severely sagging due to strapping failure related to age.

The ceiling was pulled down and disposed of. A new steel ceiling grid was installed to compensate for the bowed hard wood joists, new Gyprock lining and 90mm cove cornice was installed and flushed ready for paint. Our painter then attended and sealed and painted the new ceiling.
