In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging Gyprock ceiling in Forrestfield.
The ceiling was severely sagging due to glue and adhesive failure related to age.  The ceiling was propped up using jack props and timber to get back up to the timber joists. The ceiling was then re screwed and fibreglass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity.
The screws were flushed and cracks taped and flushed ready for paint.
