In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging ceiling in South Perth.

The ceiling was plaster glass and was sagging due to strapping failure related to the age of the ceilings. The original straps were coconut husk and had deteriorated with age and become brittle and broken causing the ceiling to sag in multiple areas. The new strapping installed was fibreglass rovings mixed with casting plaster.

The sagging ceilings were repaired by propping them up with jack props and timber, the new  fibre glass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity and the cracks were flushed ready for paint.
Lastly our painter attended and painted the repaired ceilings.
