In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging and replace a water damaged ceiling in Gooseberry Hill.
The sagging ceiling was Gyprock and was sagging due to fixing and adhesive failure related to age. This ceiling was propped up and was re screwed. Fibreglass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity and cracked were flushed ready for paint.
The water damaged ceiling was pulled down and disposed of. New Gyprock lining and cornice were installed and flushed ready for paint.
Next our painter attended and painted both ceilings.
