In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging ceiling in Bassendean.
The ceilings were plaster glass and were sagging due to strapping failure related to age. The ceiling as propped up and new strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity. The new strapping was made from fibreglass rovings. The cracks were plastered and sanded ready for paint. Next our painter attended and painted the re strapped ceilings.
