In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging ceiling in Secret Harbour.
The ceiling was Gyprock and was sagging due to fixing and adhesive failure. The ceiling was propped back up to the timber ceiling joists and new screws were installed. We then entered the ceiling cavity and installed fibreglass strapping to lock the ceiling in place. Cracks were taped and screws flushed and sanded ready for paint. Lastly our painter attended and painted the repaired ceilings.
