In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging ceiling in Noranda.
The ceiling was plaster glass and was sagging due to the strapping becoming brittle with age. The ceilings were propped up, new fibreglass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity. Cracks were flushed and sanded ready for paint.
