In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to replace a ceiling in Roleystone.
The original ceiling was Gyprock and was in very poor condition, this ceiling was pulled down and disposed of. A new steel ceiling grid was installed as well as new R4.1 insulation batts, 10mm Gyprock lining and 75mm cove cornice. Joints, screws and cornice were flushed ready for paint.
