In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair various cracked and sagging ceilings in Atwell.
The ceilings were Gyprock and had some joint cracks due to sagging which was caused by fixing and adhesive failure.
The ceilings were propped back up, re screwed and fibre glass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity. Cracks were taped and back blocked, then flushed and sanded ready for paint. Lastly our painter attended and painted the repaired ceilings.
