In 2021 Perth Ceiling repair Specialists were engaged to repair a cracked and sagging ceiling in Aubin Grove.
The ceilings were Gyprock and were sagging and cracked due to screw and glue failure. The ceilings were propped up, re screwed and fibreglass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity.
