In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair sagging ceiling in Maddington.
The Gyprock ceilings were sagging due to fixing and adhesive failure. The ceilings were propped up and re screwed. Fibreglass strapping was then installed from inside the ceiling cavity to lock the ceilings in place. Screws and cracks were flushed and sanded ready for paint. Next our painter attended and painted the repaired ceilings.
