In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair some sagging ceilings in Port Kennedy.
The Gyprock ceilings were sagging due to screw and adhesive failure. We pushed the ceilings back up to the joists and re screwed them. Fibreglass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity and screws and cracks were flushed and sanded ready for paint.
