In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair various sagging ceilings in Marangaroo.
The ceilings were Gyprock and were sagging due to fixing and adhesive failure related to age. The ceilings were propped up and re screwed. Fibre glass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity to lock the ceiling in place. The ceilings were then flushed and sanded ready for paint. Next our painter attended to paint the repaired ceilings.
