In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to replace a bedroom ceiling in Koongamia.
The existing ceiling was pulled down and disposed of.
Insulation batts were installed to ceiling cavity and a new steel ceiling grid was installed to level out the existing bowed and twisted timber joists. We then installed new Gyprock lining and 75mm Cove cornice which was all flushed and sanded ready for paint.
