In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging ceiling in Kensington.
The ceiling was Gyprock and was sagging due to glue and screw failure. We propped the ceiling back up, re screed it and added fibre glass strapping from inside the ceiling cavity. All screws and cracks were flushed and sanded ready for paint. Lastly our painter attended and painted the repaired ceiling.
