In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair various sagging ceilings to a property in Heathridge.
The ceilings were Gyprock and were sagging due to fixing and adhesive failure. The ceilings were propped up and re screwed. Fibreglass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity to lock the ceiling in place. Screws and cracks were flushed and sanded ready for paint.
