In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair various sagging ceilings in a southern River.
The ceilings were Gyprock and were sagging due to fixing and glue failure. We propped the ceilings back up to the joists and re screwed them. Fibreglass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity to lock the ceiling in place. Screws and cracks were flushed and sanded ready for paint. Next our painter attended to paint the repaired ceilings.
