In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging bedroom and replace a collapsed soffit ceiling to a bedroom in Port Kennedy.
The sagging ceiling was propped back up to the timber joists and re screwed, fibre glass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity and screws and cracks were flushed ready for paint. The soffit ceiling was pulled down and disposed of. A new Gyprock soffit was installed and grouted in place with fibreglass from inside the ceiling cavity and the ceiling was flushed ready for paint. Both repairs were sanded and painted.
