In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to replace a collapsed lounge ceiling in Dianella.
The existing ceiling was plaster glass and had collapsed due to strapping failure related to the age of the ceiling.
The collapsed ceiling was cleaned up and disposed of. We installed a new light weight steel ceiling grid to the existing bowed and twisted joists to level out the ceiling. New Gyprock lining and cornice were installed, flushed and sanded ready for paint. Next our painter attended to seal and paint the new ceiling.
