In 2022 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to replace a bedroom ceiling in Dianella.
The existing ceiling was pulled down and disposed of. A new light weight steel ceiling grid was installed to the existing Jarrah joists, R4.1 insulation batts were laid inside the ceiling cavity. New 10mm Gyprock lining was fixed and flushed and finished with Bedmold cornice. Once dry the ceiling was sanded our painter sealed and painted the new ceiling.
