In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to replace a lounge ceiling in Hillman Perth.
The existing was pulled down and disposed of. R4.1 insulation batts were installed to the ceiling cavity.A new light weight steel ceiling grid was installed to the existing joists to level out the ceiling. Then 10mm Gyprock lining and Stegbar cornice was fixed to the new steel grid, this was back blocked, flushed and sanded ready for paint. Our painter then attended to seal and paint the new ceiling.
