In 2022 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to overlay an alfresco ceiling in Roleystone, Perth.
The advantage with an overlay is there is not as much mess and clean up as there is when a ceiling is pulled down, as well, any insulation can remain in ceiling cavity which is another cost saving measure for the client.
We installed 303 battens, as well as new 10mm Aqua chek lining and 75mm cove cornice, this was all flushed and sanded ready for paint. Our painter then attended to seal and paint the new ceiling.
