In 2022 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to replace a bedroom ceiling in Gosnells, Perth.
The existing ceiling was plaster glass and had collapsed due to strapping failure related to the age of the ceiling.
A new steel ceiling grid dried was installed to the level out the existing bowed and twisted timber joists, we then installed new Gyprock lining and 90mm cove cornice which was all flushed and sanded ready for paint. New R4.0 insulation batts were fitted to the ceiling cavity. Our painter attended next to seal and paint the new bedroom ceiling.
