In 2022 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair various sagging ceilings to a home in Leeming, Perth.
The ceilings were Gyprock and were sagging due to fixing and adhesive failure. We propped the sagging ceilings back up to the timber joists and re screwed them, then fibreglass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity. The ceilings were then flushed and sanded ready for paint. Next our painter attended and painted the repaired ceilings.
