In 2022 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging alfresco ceiling in Karrinyup, Perth.
The ceiling was propped back up to the timber joists using Jack props, this was then screwed off to secure the ceiling to the timber joists. We then installed fibreglass strapping from inside the ceiling cavity to lock the ceiling in place. The ceiling was then flushed and sanded ready for paint.
