In 2022 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to carry out ceiling repairs to a home in Coolbellup, Perth.
The existing ceiling was plaster glass and was severely sagging. This ceiling was pulled down and disposed of. We fitted new R4.0 insulation batts your the ceiling cavity and then a new steel ceiling grid was installed to the existing Jarrah joists. New Gyprock lining was fixed to the new grid with 90mm Cove cornice, this was flushed and sanded ready for paint.
Next our painter attended to seal and paint the new lounge ceiling.
