The existing was plaster glass and had severely sagged due to strapping failure related to age, this ceiling was pulled down and disposed of. A new light weight steel ceiling grid was installed to level out the existing bowed and twisted Jarrah joists. New Gyprock lining and B Scotia cornice was installed, flushed and sanded ready for paint. Our painter attended next to seal and paint the new ceiling.
