In 2023 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging Gyprock ceiling the Swan Valley.
The ceiling had sagged due to glue and screw failure. We propped the ceiling back up and screwed it off to the timber joists. Fibreglass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity to lock the ceiling in place and the screws and cracks were flushed and sanded ready for paint. Next our painter attended to paint the repaired ceiling.
