The existing ceiling was sagging and had been water damaged, this was pulled down and disposed of. A new light weight steel ceiling grid was installed to the existing timber joists. We then fitted 10mm Aqua Chek lining and 75mm Cove cornice. This was flushed and sanded ready for paint. Next our painter attended to seal and paint the new ceiling.
