In 2023 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to replace a master bedroom ceiling in Thornlie, Perth.
The existing ceiling had collapsed due to strapping failure related to age.
A new light weight steel ceiling grid was installed to the existing timber joists. We then fitted 10mm Gyprock lining and 75mm B Scotia cornice. This was flushed and sanded ready for paint. Next our painter attended to seal and paint the new ceiling.
