In 2023 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to replace a hallway ceiling in Eden Hill, Perth.
The existing was damaged and required replacement, this was pulled down and disposed of. New R4.0 insulation batts were installed to the bedroom ceiling cavity. A light weight steel ceiling grid was then fitted to the existing timber joists. We then fixed 10mm Gyprock lining to the new grid and was finished with 75mm Cove cornice. This was flushed and sanded ready for paint.
Next our painter attended to seal and paint the new ceiling.
