In 2025 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to conduct sagging ceiling repairs to a lounge in Hamersley, Perth.
The ceiling was plaster glass and was sagging due to strapping failure related to age. The sagging ceiling was propped back up to the timber joists. New fibre glass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity to lock the ceiling in place. The ceiling was then flushed and sanded ready for paint.
