In 2025 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to replace a Laundy ceiling in Orange Grove, Perth.
The existing ceiling was pulled down and disposed of. A new light weight steel ceiling grid was installed to level out the existing bowed and twisted timber joists.
R4.0 insulation batts were installed to the ceiling cavity.
10mm plasterboard lining was installed, taped and flushed. We then fitted 75mm Cove cornice. The ceiling was then sanded ready for paint.
Next our painter attended to seal and paint the new ceiling and walls.
