In 2025 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to replace a plasterboard Bathroom ceiling in Maida Vale, Perth.
The existing ceiling was pulled down and disposed of. We then installed a new light weight steel ceiling as the existing jarrah timber joists were bowed and warped.
R4.0 insulation batts were installed to the ceiling cavity.
10mm plasterboard lining was installed, taped and flushed. We then fitted 75mm Stegbar cornice. The ceiling was then sanded ready for paint.
Next our painter attended to seal and paint the new ceiling and walls.
