In 2025 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to install a plasterboard ceiling to a lounge area in Bayswater, Perth.
The existing ceiling was pulled down and disposed of. We then installed a new light weight steel ceiling grid to the existing timber joists .
R4.0 insulation batts were installed to the ceiling cavity.
10mm plasterboard lining was installed, taped and flushed. The ceiling was finished with a P25 bead to the timber fascia’s. The ceiling was left to set for 48 hours then it was sanded ready for paint.
Next our painter attended to seal and paint the new ceiling.
