In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging ceiling in Thornlie.
The ceiling was Gyprock and was sagging due to fixing and adhesive failure.

The ceiling was propped up and new screws installed to secure the ceiling to the joists, fibre glass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity to lock the ceiling in place, all screws and cracks were flushed ready for paint.
