In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging ceiling in Balcatta.
The ceiling was Gyprock and was sagging due to fixing and adhesive failure. The ceiling was propped up, new screws were installed and fibreglass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity to lock the ceiling in place. The screws and cracks were flushed and sanded ready for paint.
