In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging ceiling in Shelley.
The ceiling was Gyprock and was sagging due to fixing and adhesive failure related to age. The ceiling was propped back up to the joists, the ceiling was then re screwed and fibreglass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity. The screws and cracks were flushed and sanded ready for paint. Next our painter attended and painted the ceiling.
