In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to replace a collapsing ceiling in Doubleview.
The original ceiling was plaster glass and was severely sagging due to strapping failure related to age. The existing ceiling was pulled down and disposed of. A new steel ceiling grid was installed to the existing Jarrah joists the were bowed and twisted. We then installed new 10mm Gyprock lining and 90mm cove cornice. The ceiling was flushed and sanded ready for paint. Next our painter attended to seal and paint the new ceiling.
