The ceiling was Gyprock and was sagging due to fixing and adhesive failure. The ceiling was propped back up to the timber ceiling joists, new screws were installed and fibreglass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity. Cracks and screws were flushed and sanded ready for paint.
