In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to replace a bathroom ceiling in Karrinyup.
The existing ceiling was pulled down and disposed of. The existing timber joists were bowed and twisted so a new steel ceiling grid was installed to level out the ceiling, new Gyprock lining and cove cornice was installed. The ceiling was flushed and sanded ready for paint.
