In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging ceiling in Lathlain.
The ceiling was Plaster glass and was sagging due to strapping failure related to age. We propped the ceiling back up to the joists and installed new fibreglass strapping from inside the ceiling cavity. The ceiling cracks were then flushed and sanded ready for paint.
