In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair various sagging ceilings to a home in Port Kennedy.
The ceilings were Gyprock and were sagging due to fixing and adhesive failure. We propped the ceilings back up to the joists and re screwed them. Next fibreglass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity to lock the ceiling in place. All screws and cracks were flushed and sanded ready for paint.
