In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair various sagging ceilings to a home in Atwell.
The ceilings were Gyprock and were sagging due to fixing and adhesive failure. We propped the ceilings back to the joists, re screwed them and installed fibreglass strapping from inside the ceiling cavity to lock the ceilings in place. Screws and cracks were then flushed and sanded ready for paint.
