In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging lounge ceiling in Attadale.
The ceiling was plaster glass and was sagging due to strapping failure related to age.
The ceiling was propped back up to the timber joists and new fibreglass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity. The cracks were plastered and sanded ready for paint.
