In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging dining room ceiling.
The ceiling was plaster glass and had sagged due to the original strapping becoming brittle with age and breaking apart.
The ceiling was propped up and new fibreglass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling ceiling cavity. Crack were then flushed amid sanded ready for paint.
