In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair various sagging ceilings to a home in Karrinyup, Perth. The ceilings were plaster glass and were sagging due to strapping failure related to the heat of the ceilings. These ceilings were propped back up to the ceiling joists and new fibreglass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity. Next the ceiling cracks were flushed and sanded ready for paint.
