In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging ornate plaster glass ceiling in Spearwood.
The ceiling was sagging due to brittle strapping that had broken, this was relayed to the age of the ceiling. We propped the ceiling back up to the timber joists and installed new fibreglass strapping from inside the ceiling cavity to lock the ceiling in place.
The cracks were flushed and sanded ready for paint.
